Day 5: Which is worse, failing or never trying?

Its serious day! Boooooo...just kidding...so what do we have here then?

This is a tough one for me to answer, instantly I thought...

"But of course, the answer is clear it is far worse to never try than to fail..."

about ten seconds after thinking this I also thought about all the things I hadn't done or tried for fear of failure.

  1. I think it depends... I'm not going to bungee jump because fear of failure is worse than not trying. I have regrets about not trying things and I would say I attempt to try things first before letting my inner shy person talk me out of it. I'm not always successful though.

    1. I can understand that, I'm a pretty good self saboteur!

  2. Good question! Like Tiff I think it depends on what the challenge is. My biggest regrets are things I didn't try because of shyness. Things that could kill me if something went wrong, not so much, lol

    1. Yes, being shy does sometimes limit us, I think mostly I try to act more extrovert in those situations and then run back into my hidey hole :)

  3. For me personally it would be worse to have never tried. Better live with remorse than regrets...
