I think it depends... I'm not going to bungee jump because fear of failure is worse than not trying. I have regrets about not trying things and I would say I attempt to try things first before letting my inner shy person talk me out of it. I'm not always successful though.

DeleteGood question! Like Tiff I think it depends on what the challenge is. My biggest regrets are things I didn't try because of shyness. Things that could kill me if something went wrong, not so much, lol
ReplyDeleteYes, being shy does sometimes limit us, I think mostly I try to act more extrovert in those situations and then run back into my hidey hole :)
