I thought it might be hard to find some items, even souvenirs that are Figaro, but here is what I found...
I love snow globes...I don't have any but...this is so cute...
Ooh! A Jim shore Figaro! I guess I must have walked around with my eyes closed at Disney hehe...
I saw some cross stitch of Figaro but it was Pinterest and they were the patterns and as i couldn't find the original source to establish if they were free I decided against posting it here, but you can see them there...so the next best thing...something from Pinnochio...from deviantArt..,
Can you see Figaro in the right hand side? There are some great characters in this film that I had forgotten about.
This is one of the stories I liked. It was very scary to me as a kid and was sure I would never lie, or misbehave and end up as a Donkey. But I did forget about Figaro.. thank you for sharing
ReplyDeleteI agree, it had some very direct moral messages about good and bad behaviour.
DeleteI learned something new today Kate.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Linda
You're welcome Linda!
DeleteI had forgotten about Figaro as well, and he's somewhat similar in colouring to my cat, so I bet DD would like him too.
ReplyDeleteHe is so cheeky and playful, I must check out other cartoons with him in.
DeleteHow cute is that snow globe. I nearly bought one at Christmas from Home Sense with a camper van in it but I dithered and went away to think about it (it was £15) and when I went back it was gone :-(. I'd forgotten Figaro too but my cat had kittens a couple of weeks ago and one looks just like him!
ReplyDeleteAh the curse of the 'I'll-come-back-for-it' which often happens to me. A snow globe with a camper van sounds pretty cool as you don't expect to see camper vans in the snow.
DeleteAnd oh my gosh! How do you get anything done with kittens around, I loved it when my cat had them. Too adorable! And your own little Figaro.
I've never been able to figure out how Figaro went from Pinocchio to be Minnie Mouse's cat, but thus is the wonderful world of Disney!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I reckon that Minnie stole him from Mickey, poor pluto lost a little play friend :(
DeleteI didn't remember Figaro from Pinocchio but it's been awhile since I've seen it. Cute snow globe.

In all fairness I can't remember him much but I'm going to watch this movie again soon for sure! Thanks for stopping by Karen and taking the time to comment :)
DeleteI just watched Disney's new film: Zootopia! A lot of really cool characters in that one. I had forgotten about Figaro as well - good find!
ReplyDeleteBrandy from Be Kind 366
I'm thinking I will watch that tonight at the cinema!! I do hope it's good :)
DeleteThanks for highlighting Figaro. I think he's a great character from the movie, but of course it helps if you're a crazy cat lady! lol
ReplyDeleteHahah! Yes, but what's not to love about the little tyke?
