Morning! It's a heatwave here in the UK and everything has begun to move at a sloth like pace. I am enjoying it! Some summer sunshine is good. I have been distracted from my posts however and am only two away from completion after this one which is VERY exciting..for me!
I must tell you all to go and visit Tiffany and see her 30th post where you will learn 10 things about her. She took the time to participate in this challenge with me and its been a great help, so a big THANK YOU TIFFANY!!
Todays post is just ten of the seventeen...YES! seventeen discarded list ideas...maybe there is one you would like me to do? I can add it as a bonus post if so. But, anyhoo...back to the business at hand....
1. 10 cakes to make you bake
2. 10 conversations I have with my cat
3. 10 basic knitting patterns you know you'll (kn)use
4. 10 seriously underused words
5. 10 top travel destinations
6. 10 things everyone should know about Wicked the musical
7. 10 comedians to giggle at
8. 10 lunches to look forward to
9. 10 English seaside holiday destinations
10. 10 habits I have to help me remember
Were any of these, ideas that you would write about?
And...whilst I am here, some stitchy news is that...my Lana Lawson Trick or Treat chart arrived! I now know why it is such a nice pattern...its full of blended colours, colour changes, and backstitch! Stitching this will take some determination, but its a lovely one and not so big that you can't see the light. I am also considering stitching it on BLACK!! Somebody stop me....please...heheheh
In other annoying news, Serenity still hasn't arrived! Now, I don't know about you but I am off to check out the sewandso sale!
Can't wait to see Trick or Treat start to appear, but good god woman...stay away from the black material for your own sanity!
ReplyDeleteThose would have been great lists! You should still do them!
I think I will stay away from the black...:D
DeleteI love that you purchased that one! My only concern with black is will the dark colours show up? I'm wondering if you'll lose the browns somewhat. Thanks for the shout-out. :) It was fun to do. 10 habits to help you remember would be my choice!
ReplyDeleteThats a good point that I hadn't thought about, and you're right, I am not sure they will...I need to think. I won't be starting it yet anyway.
DeleteI would love to see list #2, if only so I know I'm not the only person who talks to her cats!
ReplyDeleteHehehe...I only have the one but she looks at me when I am talking to her as if she is listening.
DeleteYay for Trick or Treat arriving.....if it was me, I'd check out the lovely hand dyed fabrics around for a few ideas!
ReplyDeleteI am thinking I might...decisions decisions!
