Five Sentence Fiction: Birthday Special

I wrote the five sentence fiction for this week and then remembered that some people are waiting for the next part of the little rom-com.

So first things first, my initial inspiration based on the theme of any previous prompts, I opted for my own choice and in honour of National Poetry Day, a little poem for Lillie.

A word.
A pause.
A thought.
A thrill.
A tale to be told.

    1. Aftre I wrote it it dawned on me that its wasn't a story exactly, but its in homage to the FSF that in just a few short weeks has bought me so much happiness and kept me out of trouble.

  4. I had thought about making mine a sort of ode to FSF, but I wasn't coming up with anything I liked. This, though, really works -- neat and simple but with heart. Good work!

    1. Thanks Josie, FSF has started to mean a lot to me in such a short amount of time, it deserved an ode on its birthday. Haha
